Decreto 1602 de 1996 · por el cual se reglamenta la dirección, el funcionamiento y la administración del Fondo Nacional Ambiental - Fonam-.

º. Sesiones y quórum. El Consejo Nacional Asesor del Fonam, sesionará cuando menos una vez por semestre. Será convocado por el Ministro del Medio Ambiente con veinte (20)días calendario de anticipación ala fecha de la reunión. Habrá quórum para deliberar con la mitad de sus miembros y las decisiones se adoptarán por mayoría simple.

Parágrafo

Cuando el Consejo Nacional Asesor del Fonam no hubiere logrado sesionar de manera previa al Consejo de Gabinete, este podrá deliberar normalmente y tomar las decisiones que le corresponden . CAPITULO III. Fonam para entidades públicas y privadas
