Ejecución del proyecto. Una vez se cuente con la comunicación de la que trata el Artículo anterior, el municipio y la persona jurídica acordarán la ejecución de los recursos del anticipo de hasta el 5% que efectuará la persona jurídica que adelanta labores de exploración a través de formulación y ejecución de proyectos de inversión en infraestructura por parte de la persona jurídica.
