Disposición de las sustancias químicas u objetos peligrosos o contundentes. Las sustancias químicas u objetos peligrosos o contundentes de que trata el artículo 359 de la Ley 1445 de 2011, incautados por la Policía Nacional serán dejados a disposición del alcalde o su delegado, quien procederá al decomiso y a la destrucción, donación o devolución final de los mismos, según corresponda.
