Democratización. La Sociedad Administradora deberá ofrecer en pública suscripción, a más tardar dentro de los dos años siguientes a la fecha en que la Superintendencia expida el correspondiente certificado de autorización, un número de acciones que permita a terceros inversionistas adquirir a lo menos un 25 % del capital de la sociedad. La oferta respectiva se hará con sujeción al valor intrínseco de la acción. Las acciones que no sean colocadas mediante la oferta pública correspondiente, podrán ser suscritas por los accionistas con sujeción al derecho de preferencia.
