Abrese a la Ley de Apropiaciones de la vigencia fiscal de 1934 el siguiente crédito adicional: MINISTERIO DE GOBIERNO CAPITULO 17 Gastos varios. Artículo 37 bis. Para los gastos que ocasione el establecimiento de la cedula de ciudadanía de que trata la Ley 31 de 1929 y para reintegrar al Banco de la Republica la cantidad de cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) que avanzó al Gobierno para esos mismos gastos$425.000
