°. Fines . El Consejo Nacional de Personas Mayores tendrá como fines los establecidos en el artículo 27 de la Ley 1251 de 2008, y articulará y concertará acciones con otros Consejos e instancias plurales que traten aspectos de la política social y de inclusión social en los niveles nacional y territorial, así como de ámbito internacional, sobre población de personas mayores o envejecimiento y vejez.
