Inscripción para efectos de la importación. Para importar, adquirir, procesar, sintetizar, elaborar y distribuir medicamentos de control especial, los laboratorios farmacéuticos deben inscribirse ante a Unidad Administrativa Especial del Fondo Nacional de Estupefacientes del Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, para tal efecto, el representante legal y el director técnico deben presentar toda la documentación que señale el citado Ministerio. Es obligación de los laboratorios actualizar sus documentos.
