º . Patrimonio. Los servicios de que trata el artículo 1º del presente decreto deberán mantener y acreditar ante la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada una cuantía mínima de patrimonio, con el fin de asegurar la confianza de los usuarios en el servicio y propender a un crecimiento económico en condiciones normales de competitividad.
