Adopción de la Planta de Personal . El Gobierno Nacional procederá a adoptar la nueva Planta de Personal dentro del mes siguiente a la vigencia del presente decreto de conformidad con la modificación de estructura ordenada por el mismo.

Parágrafo

Los funcionarios de la planta actual del Ministerio de Educación Nacional continuarán ejerciendo las funciones que actualmente tienen asignadas, hasta cuando se expida la Planta de Personal de conformidad con lo dispuesto en este artículo.
