Información y acción Preventiva. La Inspección General y de Responsabilidad Policial o, la unidad que haga sus veces, en el marco de su gestión preventiva y disciplinaria en sus audiencias públicas presentará informes de las acciones, avances y resultados en materia disciplinaria y preventiva frente a las faltas de la Policía Nacional en el empleo del uso diferenciado y proporcional de la fuerza, así como en el cumplimento del presente reglamento por parte de la institución.
