Art. 20. Los comprobantes de recaudación de rentas y de pago de gastos serán remitidos por la Oficina que los verifique, como dinero, á la inmediata superior hasta que lleguen á la Tesorería general en donde se describirán las operaciones de crédito á la respectiva renta y de cargo al correspondiente capítulo del Presupuesto de gastos.
