Órganos de coordinación y asesoría. El Comité Sectorial de Desarrollo Administrativo, el Comité de Gerencia, la Comisión de Personal, y el Comité de Coordinación del Sistema de Control Interno, y demás órganos de asesoría y coordinación que se organicen e integren cumplirán sus funciones de conformidad con lo señalado en las Leyes 909 de 2004, 87 de 1993 y las demás disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes. El Ministro determinará la conformación y funciones del Órgano Asesor -Comité de Gerencia-.
