Artículo cuarto. A partir de la fecha del presente Decreto, suprímense todos los cargos que integran la planta de personal de las Intendencias o inspecciones Fluviales y del Departamento de Clasificación de Embarcaciones Fluviales, los cuales quedan reemplazados por los fijados en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto.
