º La adjudicación que reciban las propuestas con el primer y segundo Puntaje Total, y las siguientes parejas, deberá ser similar, aunque por diferente cadena. Los oferentes en la presentación de su propuesta deberán manifestar la cadena en que desean presentar su programación. Esta manifestación será indicativa, pues en todo caso el Consejo Nacional de Televisión podrá asignar las respectivas cadenas, según el mecanismo de ordenación que este organismo determine.
