Derogatoria y vigencia. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial los artículos 20 y 37 de la Ley 24 de 1992 y 56 de la Ley 941 de 2005, así como los Decretos 3564 de 2006, 4134 de 2007, 384 de 2009, 1669 de 2009 y 4628 de 2011.
