El juez acompañará a la copia de la providencia destinada a la escuela de trabajo o reformatorio, la cartilla biográfica del menor o una información detallada sobre las circunstancias del hecho cometido, los antecedentes médicos, familiares, escolares económicos, sociales, profesionales y judiciales del menor y de sus padres, los diagnósticos del médico antropólogo, la ficha mental del menor y los demás datos necesarios para su clasificación y tratamiento en la escuela o reformatorio.
