Adiciónase el Estatuto Tributario con el siguiente artículo:

"Artículo 843-1. Auxiliares. Para el nombramiento de auxiliares la Administración Tributaria podrá:

Elaborar listas propias.

Contratar expertos.

Utilizar la lista de auxiliares de la justicia.

Parágrafo

La designación, remoción y responsabilidad de los auxiliares de la Administración Tributaria se regirá por las normas del Código de Procedimiento Civil, aplicables a los auxiliares de la justicia.

Los honorarios, se fijarán por el funcionario ejecutor de acuerdo a las tarifas que la Administración establezca".
