Acumulación del trámite de los registros . En aquellos casos en que el solicitante del registro reúna las condiciones de exhibidor, distribuidor, productor o propietario de la sala de exhibición cinematográfica el Ministerio de Comunicaciones acumulará los trámites de los registros, sin perjuicio del cobro de los derechos correspondientes establecidos para cada uno de ellos en este Decreto.
