° . El artículo 52 del Decreto, número 1697 de julio 16 de 1936 quedará así: "'Articulo 52. En los hoteles, pensiones y casas de inquilinato se llevará una tarjeta especial con numeración continua de cada una de las personas que se alojan en tales establecimientos, y en que consten los siguientes datos: fecha de alojamiento, nombre y apellido, cédula de ciudadanía o pasaporte, según sea nacional o extranjero la persona que solicita el alojamiento, nacionalidad, profesión u oficio, domicilio o dirección ciudad de donde venga y hacia donde se dirija".
