Durante el presente estado de sitio, a partir del primero (1°) de abril de 1955, el Ministerio de Guerra únicamente liquidará tiempo doble de servicio al personal de las Fuerzas Armadas que esté cumpliendo comisiones de orden público en las regiones que determine el Gobierno, previo concepto de la Junta Asesora del Ministerio de Guerra.
