Las concesiones para la prestación del servicio de radiodifusión sonora sólo podrán otorgarse a personas naturales o jurídicas colombianas, en las cuales la dirección o control esté a cargo de nacionales y cuyo capital sea de origen colombiano en una proporción no inferior al ochenta por ciento (80%).
