TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo décimo. Además de las atribuciones conferidas por la Constitución, las leyes y los acuerdos, el Alcalde Mayor tendrá las siguientes:

Celebrar los contratos relacionados con cualquiera de los ramos de la Administración Distrital;

Elaborar y presentar a la consideración del consejo Administrativo los planes de obras públicas y de fomento;

Nombrar y remover libremente sus agentes, con excepción del personero y del Contralor. Quedan comprendidos en esta atribución todos los funcionarios y empleados de la Tesorería Distrital.
