Art 20° Prohíbese igualmente al Administrador general y a los demás empleados de esta renta, el hacer por si o por interpuesta persona el comercio de sal marina en el Departamento del Cauca. La contravención a esta prohibición, hará perder al culpable el destino que desempeñe, y, además, pagará una multa de quinientos mil pesos, según la gravedad del caso, o si hubiere dejado de ser empleado al tiempo de dictarse la sentencia condenatoria.
