Orígen . La Condecoración Orden del Mérito Solidario, está destinada a exaltar a las personas que hayan sobresalido de manera excepcional, por sus virtudes, consagración a la investigación, al trabajo o a la enseñanza, en el sector solidario. Tales virtudes han de ser sustentadas con testimonios de los postulantes y con trabajos escritos, labores académicas o empresas exitosas lideradas, todo lo que se detallará plenamente en la solicitud.
