La Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro verificará que el local en donde funcione la Notaría Segunda (2) del Círculo Notarial de Piedecuesta -Santander, reúna las condiciones exigidas para la excelente prestación del servicio, en observancia de lo dispuesto en el inciso segundo del artículo 157 del Decreto -Ley 960 de 1970 modificado por el artículo 44 del Decreto 2163 de 1970.
