ARTICULO 67 . PROGRAMAS DE BIENESTAR SOCIAL. El Instituto Nacional Penitenciario y Carcelario, INPEC, establecerá para los funcionarios y sus familiares programas de bienestar social relacionados con la educación, la salud, la recreación, el deporte y la cultura, con el objeto de elevar su nivel de vida y de propender a su mejoramiento social y cultural.
