Articulo 2° El gasto que demande la emisión de las estampillas a que se refiere el artículo anterior, lo cubrirá la Caja de Crédito Agrario. Industrial y Minero de sus propios fondos, y su valor será reembolsado por el Ministerio de Comunicaciones en estampillas de esta emisión. Comuníquese y publíquese.
