La libertad de la Correspondencia La libertad de la correspondencia implica que dentro del territorio Nacional esta puede circular libremente sin que sea detenida o interceptada, salvo la orden escrita y motivada de autoridad competente y solo con el objeto de buscar pruebas judiciales.
