Autoridad nominadora de los directivos docentes. Los rectores o directores, vicerrectores, coordinadores, supervisores, directores de núcleo y demás directivos docentes de las instituciones educativas estatales a que se refiere el Estatuto Docente, serán nombrados por los gobernadores, los alcaldes de distritos o municipios que hayan asumido dicha competencia, previo concurso convocado por el departamento distrito.
