º. El artículo 6º del Decreto 1531 de 1990 quedará así: Criterios para la presentación de candidatos. Podrá ser candidato a la representación de los trabajadores en los Consejos Directivos de las Cajas de Compensación Familiar y al Consejo Asesor de la Caja de Crédito Agrario Industrial Minero, todo trabajador beneficiario del Subsidio Familiar, que al momento de ser nominado esté recibiendo la prestación social del Subsidio Familiar, en los términos de los artículos 1º y 18 de la Ley 21 de 1982.
