Impuesto sobre la renta. Para efectos del impuestos sobre la renta, complementarios, recargos y especiales, solamente constituyen renta gravable de los haberes que perciben del Tesoro Público los Agentes de la Policía Nacional, el sueldo básico respectivamente disminuido con el aporte que deban hacer a la Caja de Sueldo de Retiro sin prejuicio de las demás exenciones legales.
