Si la suma a que se refiere el artículo anterior fuera insuficiente para el completo desarrollo del plan irrigatorio del Municipio de Alvarado, el Gobierno procederá a incluir las obras complementarias dentro del Fondo Nacional de Irrigación y Desecación, creado por la Ley 204 de 1938 , para que su valor por la Ley 107 de 1936 , de la misma manera que los cincuenta mil pesos ($ 50.000) de que trata el artículo anterior.
