Abrese al Presupuesto de Gastos en el Departamento de Relaciones Exteriores. Capítulo 40 (ter) ( gastos varios ), Articulo 141 ( quint ) un crédito extraordinario por $ 8,096 con destino al pago de los gastos que ocasiona la celebración del convenio entre el Gobierno de Colombia y la Santa Sede, así :
