Las tarifas aquí establecidas para los auxiliares y colaboradores de la justicia se disminuirán hasta en un treinta por ciento en los juicios laborales, cuando la parte que deba pagar los honorarios fuere el trabajador y hasta en un cincuenta por ciento en las actuaciones de orden civil dentro de los procesos penales, según la prudente apreciación del Juez.
