Serán elegidos miembros principales de la Junta de Contribuyentes los candidatos que obtengan el mayor número de votos depositados y como suplente los candidatos que ocupen los lugares sucesivos por número de voto. La elección será válida cualquiera que sea el número de su fragantes los votos en blanco no se tendrán en cuanta para ningún efecto. Los casos de empate se decidirán a la suerte.
