El recaudo a que se refiere el artículo 1° de la Ley 34 de 1932 , que se viene efectuando en el Municipio de Barranquilla, con aplicación a la instrucción primaria, se dedicará íntegramente a construcciones escolares oficiales de dicho Municipio, y en estos términos quede aclarado el alcance de la citada disposición.
