Desde la vigencia del presente Decreto, la Prefectura del Cuerpo Auxiliar del Organo Judicial no podrá ejercer función alguna en relación con el Control de Oro, Cambios y Exportaciones, y deberá proceder a hacer entrega de los sumarios en el estado en que se encuentren, y del archivo que posea, y que haga relación a estas materias, a la Prefectura de Control.
