Los individuos que en ejercicio de los cargos de Prefectos Provinciales o Alcaldes Municipales no cumplan con los deberes que les señala el artículo anterior, teniendo los medios necesarios, perderán por cualquiera de esas faltas el empleo y no podrán volver a ser nombrados para ningún cargo público por el término de un año.
