º . De los productos de igual composición fisicoquímica. Los productos con igual composición, características fisico-químicas y microbiológicas pero con marcas diferentes, podrán ampararse en un solo registro sanitario siempre y cuando el titular del registro y el fabricante del producto sean el mismo.
