° Igualmente se pagarán en dólares las cuotas y demás obligaciones pecuniarias de la República provenientes de convenciones internacionales, así como los gastos de demarcación de límites con los países cuya moneda tenga prima sobre el peso colombiano, siendo también en estos casos, de cargo del Tesoro, el valor de las primas de cambio correspondientes.
