Reporte de actividades. Las autoridades ambientales competentes reportarán semestralmente al Ministerio del Medio Ambiente la información relacionada con el cobro de las tasas retributivas y el estado de los recursos, con la finalidad de hacer una evaluación comparativa de la tasa. Para tal fin, el Ministerio del Medio Ambiente expedirá un formulario, el cual deberá ser diligenciado por las autoridades ambientales que cobren la tasa y remitido en el plazo que se establezca.
