Las personas que soliciten pasaporte oficial deberán llenar los requisitos exigidos por el artículo 15 del presente Decreto. Tendrán que presentar además, copia debidamente autenticada del acto administrativo de nombramiento o comprobar que se encuentran en una de las categorías señaladas en el artículo anterior.
