El titular de registro y el fabricante están obligados a informar a Ministerio de Salud Pública, sobre la terminación del contrato que ocurriere antes de la fecha prevista. Si el titular deseare continuar la fabricación, para lo concerniente a laboratorio que vaya a continuarla deberán cumplirse los requisitos previos exigidos por este reglamento. VII.
