Para ser Registrador Municipal de capital de departamento o de ciudad de más de cien mil (100.000) cédulas vigentes se requieren las mismas calidades que para ser Juez de Circuito, o haber ejercido el cargo en propiedad por un término no menor de dos (2) años.
