Los Estudiantes Que Formando Parte De Las Listas Elaboradas Por El Ministerio De Justicia, Acrediten Haber Presentado Uno O Más Exámenes Preparatorios O La Aceptación Por Parte De La Respectiva Facultad, De La Correspondiente Tesis De Grado, Tendrán Opción Preferente Para Ocupar Las Plazas De Jueces Municipales De Cabecera De Distrito O De Circuito Judicial

° Los estudiantes que formando parte de las listas elaboradas por el Ministerio de Justicia, acrediten haber presentado uno o más exámenes preparatorios o la aceptación por parte de la respectiva Facultad, de la correspondiente tesis de grado, tendrán opción preferente para ocupar las plazas de Jueces Municipales de Cabecera de Distrito o de Circuito Judicial.

Parágrafo

Para la aplicación del presente artículo se tendrá como base el sistema de exámenes preparatorios adoptados por la Universidad Nacional.
