Cuando el buque viniere en lastre, se exigirá en lugar del sobordo la exposición jurada del Capitán, y además será examinado el buque por dos empleados de la Aduana, sin cuyo requisito será prohibido comunicar con el puerto a todos los que se hallen a bordo.
