Para las sanciones disciplinarias y las recusaciones por demora en el (sic) tramitación, la Corte Suprema de Justicia tendrá, con respecto al Tribunal Superior de Aduanas, las mismas facultades que le competen en cuanto a los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial. El Tribunal Superior de Aduanas tendrá las mismas atribuciones en relación con los Jueces Superiores y los Jueces Auxiliares de Instrucción Penal Aduanera.
