Modifícase el artículo 321 del Decreto 2685 de 1999, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 321. Vistos buenos. Las exportaciones de muestras sin valor comercial de productos sujetos a vistos buenos, deberán cumplir con este requisito al momento de presentar la solicitud de autorización de embarque, sin perjuicio de la aplicación de lo previsto en el
