El que escriba en una hoja firmada en blanco que se le haya confiado para determinado fin, cosas contrarias a lo convenido, capaces de producir efectos jurídicos en perjuicio de quien los formo o de un tercero, está sujeto a prisión de seis meses a tres años y multa de diez a mil pesos.
