Art. 15. Los actuales expendedores de papel sellado y estampillas de timbre nacional rendirán sus cuentas comprensivas desde el 1.º de Enero del presente año hasta el día de la posesión de los Administradores municipales de Hacienda al respectivo Administrador de Circuito. Con esta cuenta enviaran los fondos existentes en su poder, y el recibo que les expida el Administrador municipal de las especies venales de que se ha hablado y que el expendedor debe entregar á dicho empleado.
